You see I never thougth I would move out of the house I built in and lived in for 15 years but, lots of things happened and we suddenly had to put the house on the market. The good news was that we always maintained our house. In fact, every year we talked about what would be fixed that year, you know windows that leaked, new water heaters, air conditioners, etc.,etc., etc.. All those things a Home Inspector will look at during a sale should be part of a maintenance plan. Because of our regular maintenance plan we only had to give our new buyer a $200 credit versus thouseands of dollars.
