Visit www.Gu-Wi.com to learn more. We are looking for a lead technician who will perform all work and will be positioned to grow and lead a team of service technicians in and around Austin. Qualified candidates: - have 3 or more years experience in exterior home maintenance services - are completely comfortable working on tall ladders and roofs - are reliable, drug free, with a clean driving record - have an entrepreneur mindset and want to grow a team while providing excellent service Job Duties: - Perform services such as gutter clearing & repair, roof sweeping, moss removal, window washing, & pressure washing - Ensure all services meet quality expectations and customer satisfaction - Interview, train, and manage new technicians that join the team. - Log job notes and service completions on our app. Perks: - All of administrative management is taken care of, you just ensure the work gets done. - Flexible schedule (with advance notice for days off) - Company car and tools provided - Grow with the company. Your pay and responsibility will increase as we grow our Austin location. Depending on experience, we will ask you to come to Seattle for 2-4 weeks of full time paid training on job sites. Pay depends on experience but will be between $200 and $300 per day.
