Step 3 -the final session- will have you launch your project: Let's make a scarf, a cowl, or a purse based on your taste and interest. Now that you have the basics down, it's time for step 3: a scarf, a cowl, or a purse. Select a project as a treat for yourself or as a special gift for someone, or just for the fun of knitting and seeing your creation take shape. Each participant will be guided on starting their project, including considerations for their particular project, how to read knitting instructions for special stitches, and what to expect as the project takes shape. After this step you will be ready to participate in the monthly Artsy Stitchers gathering which is free and brings together yarn crafters for continued stitching, social interaction, and mutual support.
