Acts of intimacy allows Kindreds to define their dynamic. Once this is established, we are able to have enjoyable experiences with our loved ones. This AcroYoga session invites Soulmates, Family, Best Friends, and Open Souls to flow in pairs through a five-pose introspection. Each pose will dictate how much you Trust Yourself and your partner. After each pose, individuals will journal what they felt and thoughts while holding that pose. At the end of the session, hugging our partner in care and appreciation, we each can share what thought process were common or resonated the most. This session will be facilitated by Antonio MacDonald, Yoga Certified Practitioner with a 10 year journey of discovering how to heal the body through the arts of yoga. Antonio MacDonald can be found at www.PeaceAndLoveLifestyle.com. He will have two partners to help demonstrate poses and modify attendees. Antonio has also assisted in the 2021 Melanated Meditation Experience as the lead yoga instructor mostly held inside the 4TheCulture Studio. The Melanated Meditation Experience was a 14-month community event held for Melanated Souls to learn unique ways of Meditation during the Pandemic.
