I have a breeding pair of gouramis. The first 3 photos is the female and the last 3 is the male. They are HUGE and full grown. This breeding pair is freindly enough to be around other peaceful fish and shrimp. The females belly is full of eggs. They are bonded and I will not rehome them individually
Do not message me if you have not owned fish before! Not a beginner fish.
Please do not message me if you did not do your research.
These guys need at least a 20 gallon long. If it’s not a long tank then a 40 gallon or more. If breeding do not mix with other fish as they will become territorial once they build a nest for the eggs. They need a few hiding places and specific water conditions to breed
If you have bred bettas, angel fish, gouramis, or tetras before these would be easy for you. They breed by building a bubble nest and laying eggs in it
If you receive these fish they might have some scratches on their forehead. I had a lava rock in there (not a good idea 0/10) and when hiding behind it they scratched their faces up. It is healing nicely tho.
These gouramis prefer floating pellets but will eat sinking ones and flakes.
I also have 1 inch prawn shrimp, great cleanup crew. I have about 15-20. $5 for all of them.
Pickup in Allen Texas, can deliver for small fee. Text me, I probably won’t respond to email or calls
Tropical fish, Cichlid, Angelfish, large, gourami, blue, pearl, adult, breed
Ignore how dirty the tank looks. I am completely redoing it.
