Description

Don't miss the 2022 JSUNAA DFW Chapter 10th Annual Black Winemakers' Dinner celebrating the chapter's 40th Anniversary! Join us on July 17, 2022, for the 10th Annual Black Winemakers' Dinner celebrating our 40th Anniversary of the Jackson State University National Alumni Association, Inc. (JSUNAA) Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Chapter. Since 1982, the Chapter has served the Dallas-Fort Worth area by providing scholarships and book awards to area students, community outreach, and supporting alumni retention and expansion in the DFW area in the last 40 years. This year, in honor of our 40th year, we are kicking off a 40 for 40 Campaign to raise $40,000 for the Chapter's Scholarship Endowment Fund. Over the years, our Endowment Fund has provided financial support for over 135 students attending Jackson State University. In addition to our endowment, we provide book awards and unmet need scholarships to students that may need assistance bridging a financial gap for school related fees. Partner with us during this special year to continue the legacy of "Challenging Minds, Changing Lives". The evening will consist of a Brazilian churrasco style meal, select wines from Black owned vineyards and/or winemakers around the country. Our guest of honor is our very own Ms. Tomekia Reed, Head Coach of JSU Women’s Basketball. On behalf of the JSUNAA Dallas-Ft. Worth Chapter, we invite you to join our efforts as we strive to continue the expansion of scholarship resources for DFW area students. Sponsorship opportunities are available as we welcome your participation in the 2022 Black Winemakers’ Dinner. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. This is an event you do not want to miss! *All donations and sponsorships are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Official notice will be mailed to you.
