Our family owned and operated body shop is looking for a professional, energetic, team player to help with the administrative side of our business. Duties would include the following: Match insurance sheets and re-enter lines they missed Post payments Post parts and sublet invoices Submit supplements to insurance Review supplement with adjuster if estimator is unavailable Answer phone calls from customers and adjusters Confirm files are complete, payments received, and closed Assist with certification requirements Other duties inside the office as needed Maintain organization and cleanliness of office space Requirements of the position: Automotive knowledge and ability to identify parts on and off of a vehicle Demonstrated computer/software proficiency including: Word, Outlook, CCC Excellent communication skills and professionalism Demonstrated detail orientation and focused Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment Predictable and reliable attendance required Benefits: -Excellent pay based on experience -Health insurance after 60 days -Paid holidays off and PTO Please reply via text or email with resume.
