This position is primarily responsible for helping maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium, ensuring that all common areas are maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition by performing the following duties. Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Others to be assigned: Completes daily work orders as scheduled Drywall, basic plumbing, irrigation, basic electric, painting and finish work. Performs general maintenance duties on a regularly scheduled basis of all common areas. (Example: Garbage pick up, Cleaning, pressure wash, paints or touch ups, checks lighting) Knowledge of Generators, Water Towers, Domestic Water Pumps and Fire Pumps Preferred. Previous Condominium Experience a plus. Utilizes equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner Assists in maintaining equipment in good working condition Performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by supervisor properly Makes general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other minor community/building repairs as long as a permit is not required to complete the job Maintains records and other maintenance reports as directed by supervisor. Assists with hurricane preparation of property Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties Performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills Required Qualifications: Maintenance experience Minimum one (3) year Good verbal communication skills Great customer service and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: Commensurate upon experience Work authorization: United States (Required) Benefits: Paid time off Holidays Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Work Location: One location Job Type: Full-time
