We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team. Position Overview: The Housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping / janitorial duties and light routine maintenance of facilities in the community. Essential Job Functions: • Clean floors, walls, windows, appliances, light fixtures, furniture, and restrooms. • Maintain laundry room facilities including cleaning of dryer vents. • Assist in refurbishing apartments as needed. • Assist in handling minor routine maintenance repairs and snow removal. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training or experience. • Demonstrated housekeeping/janitorial or maintenance ability or experience desirable. • Able to work overtime and emergency call in. • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License. • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. • Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
