If you're looking to add some intensity to your workout while having fun at the same time then this is the workout for you! Coach Britt will be leading a 45 minute high energy workout that will have you feeling CONFIDENT and ENERGETIC! Learn how to burn body fat,build muscle, and tap in to the best version of yourself! Bring a friend, bring your mom, or anyone who inspires you! Our workout will include battle ropes, sand bags, and A LOT of CORE WORK! We can't wait to see you there sis!
