Jr Chefs will hone their knife skills, work on plate presentation, explore thai flavors and open their own restaurant This one day experience opens up a world of flavor. Join us as we take your tween/teen on a culinary journey with traditional Thai recipes with some fun herbal twists. During the day Chefs will hone their knife skills, work on plate presentation, explore thai flavors and open up a one night only restaurant where they will prepare food to share with their family at pick up. Class fee includes participants full day of activies. There is an additional plate fee per family member at pick up of $5 to cover additional food costs. You can pre order plate fee at check out here when registering or cash at the door the day of. Ages 10-14 Drop off starts at 9:30am Pick up/Thai Food Sampling 4-4:45 pm All participants must wear closed toes shoes, hair tied back and be comfortable wearing an apron. Chefs will eat throughout the day. Please reach out if there are any food allergies.
