A workshop designed for volleyball players (ages 14 and up) to learn and integrate mental skills in a volleyball environment. This two-hour workshop uses volleyball drills and activities to introduce strategies that can help athletes maintain control in high-pressure situations. In clear, actionable steps, mental performance coach and former college volleyball player, Janaya Simmons, will show you how to manage your nerves and thrive under pressure.
