Each year The Lindenhurst Varsity Softball team dedicates a GAME for a CAUSE! Lindy Cares is honored to be chosen this year for our HOME Playoff Game to STRIKE OUT DRUGS! In collaboration with Lindy Cares, these remarkable young women will donate the proceeds to the the Scholarship Fund! Strike Out Drug Scholarships are awarded to outstanding athletes, caring citizens, who demonstrate Lindy pride! In recent years the players baked and sold cupcakes at the game for a cause, but this year on short notice (due to their recent league championship win), we ask donations to be sent via Venmo @Lindy-Cares! Let's let these Champions know our Lindy Pride and acknowledge this team working together to create a support system and an environment where all students believe they can thrive. Prevention Works!
