Help Needed Moving Beds - May 28th

I need help switching out mattresses/box spring on two different floors (townhouse) - 1. I have a Queen sized mattress that needs to be moved from 2nd to 3rd floor bedroom and a split box spring (already on the 3rd floor) that needs to be taken out of package and set up on metal frame, and the mattress placed on top. 2. Full size mattress and box spring need to be moved down one flight of stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom, and set up on metal frame. (Please note: No headboards or other bed parts).. 3. I need the older (non-split) queen size box spring dropped off at the local landfill (Fairfax/1 mile from here). Flat fee: $100
