Property Management Company working with 300 units in the Greater Baltimore Market. Currently we have a number of turnover work and service plumbing calls at tenants units in the greater Baltimore Region. Compensation models we work with are $60/hr, 2hr minimum for each location. We typically have lock entry access setup and aim for optimal work flow in clearing items with contractors we use. Requirement: -Active licensing respective to the work is required. -Have own vehicle and appropriate tools for the work (residential plumbing). Typically our maintenance coordinator will have a list of sites, the issues description, pictures, and have the routes and access windows setup and be in touch throughout the work day to complete the list. If interested in working with our company, can send phone and email contact and our staff will be following up in coming days to add to vendor list. We assess based on quality, speed, cost, and reliability for vendors we work with. We can pay in any online format same day or immediately following completion of work. We work with various sub-contractors or service providers regularly in the past 10yrs. Current go-to plumber retired and we're looking for another option to route our service calls and plumbing work to. We're always in business and have work year-round.
