Press release from the Town of North Andover: May 16, 2022 Please be advised that Water Bills have been mailed, payment is due by June 16, 2022. If you have not yet paid your Excise Demand Tax Bill, starting tomorrow (May 17, 2022) an additional $22 will be due and it will be moved to the deputy collector. To avoid being assessed this additional fee, please make arrangements to pay any outstanding balances immediately. Please contact the Treasurer/Collector Office at 978-688-9550 with any questions.
