Coffee 103 is the final step in our coffee series. The class will be focused on cupping different origins of coffee and using Specialty Coffee Association evaluation standards for grading and description. You don’t need to have attended the other classes to attend. There will be a $10 fee and you will get to take home your own SCA official cupping spoon!
