Description
It's great how you read a headline and make assumptions. I will share with what the actual article says."
"Rep. Rosa DeLauro, the Democratic chair of the House Appropriations Committee who authored the bill, said the money would pay for additional U.S. Food and Drug Administration staffing to boost inspection of formula at domestic and foreign suppliers, prevent fraudulent products getting onto store shelves and improve data collection on the infant formula marketplace."

So please explain how giving $28M to the FDA is going to make more formula? It's not a factory makes the same amount because they are limited on supplies and the amount of workers. The FDA doesn't work for Abbot which is who they shutdown. Which leads into an article from Market watch
“This bill just continues the Democrats’ strategy of throwing money at the same bureaucrats who caused the crisis and who have not made its solution a priority,”
In this same article it talks about the bill that actually allows people on WIC to get formula from companies that currently they are not allowed which had a complete different outcome.
