Quit blaming the wrong thing! Its the hate, not the Gun!

I hate guns as much as the next non-brain dead person. I carried one for 20 plus years in the military and another 22 as a LEO. All they are good for is killing! BUT!!! To use it to kill, wither in defense or murder, you have to WANT to pull the trigger! There is not a gun made (Well maybe except the one Alex Balwin had) that fires on its own! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT COLD METAL! Stop blaming the tool and do something about the hate, the fear that cause the person to use the gun! Gun are not killing our inner-city youths, it is the hate for each other over silly things like turf and "Respect". it is not Love that has the alt-right marching around like some sort of former storm troopers... it is FEAR! It is not the gun that tells a person to go to a supermarket and kill 10 people, it is hate! We need to stop the false information, the hate, the selling of the idea that guns give you respect! We need to stop the idea of our youth that if your insulted, it is the right thing to do to get a gun and fire into a crowd hoping the person that insulted you is there! We need to stop the political deadheads on BOTH sides from using the fear as a political cause simply to get elected and then do nothing. We have already had one attempted Coup, and we are lucky that the deaths were minimal. But had we addressed the hate mongering when it began, none of that would have happened. Quit blaming the GOP, yes they are supporting far too many fake stories, but the Democrats have been using fear selling tactics to the minorities of this Nation for years, and DONE NOTHING! Had the young man not had access to a gun, do you think that would have stopped him from killing, I doubt it, he was indoctrinated by hate mongering so badly, that he would have simply run a car into it, set off a bomb or used a sword! Hate and fear are the enemy, not the gun. Once we get rid of those, maybe we won't find the reasons to keep so many guns around!
