BEVERLY, MA — Staffing shortages are causing a delay in Beverly's curbside yard waste removal efforts this week. City officials said the hauler's drivers and laborers are working diligently to catch up "as soon as possible" but that residents should leave their bags out curbside until they are able to do so.
