A Mourning Hour of Prayer for Mothers

Description

This is a citywide call for corporate prayer to end gun violence and senseless acts of violence among our youth. The day will begin at 8:15 a.m with outdoor yoga on the State House lawn with Certified Yinyasa Yoga Instructor Jaz E for 30 minutes, followed by an hour of prayer at 9:00 a.m. led by Dr. Jennifer Bishop, Co-Pastor of Grace Christian Church, Pastor Nikki Moultrie of The Brook, and Dr. Jackie Jones Brown of Brookland. Testimonials will be given by Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford, Reverend Andre Barnes, Mother of Gun Violence Victim Soray Malone, and Investigator Chandra Cleveland. We will have a special guest moderator.
