I was doing so well too. Kicked the daily tarot reading addiction. Opened up about my sexual trauma. Started to feel happy almost. And then like a week or so ago it all came rushing back. Thanks for doing the thing where you just keep letting out the slack until I tie myself up in my pride and ego. It will make me a better at honesty.
