Family at risk of being homless looking to rent

I would like to move within the next 60 days. I'm seeking a lease of at least one year or more. (Would love to settle long term) My credit is about 580-600 I do have high collections from things getting rough during covid. (This is keeping me from getting my family approved for a rental property) My rental history with my current landlord is excellent. Income about $4,000 a month I currently have a 4 bedroom housing voucher from Prince Georges County Housing Authority that I would like to use on a 4 bedroom home in P.G. county or I can transfer to anywhere in the U.S. My family is currently seeking to move due to the pipes in our current home bursting and flooding our belongings. The repairs being extensive and unsafe has prompted our search for a new home. We are living in a hotel while searching for our new home. I understand that I may not be an ideal match for most properties but I am being transparent about my credit situation because I am desperately seeking a new home for my children or any resources that can assist with my situation. Our time is moving quick and we are at risk of losing our voucher & being homeless due to my poor credit circumstances.
