NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — At 3:38 p.m. Thursday, Rutgers campus police issued an alert about a possible armed subject on the Livingston campus in Piscataway. "Police are in the area of Hospital Road and Metlars Lane on the Livingston campus, searching for possible armed subject," Rutgers campus police posted in an emergency alert on Facebook.
