Alyssa Ann Simonelli, 30, of East Haven, third-degree burglary. Elvis Perez, 57, of Bridgeport, sixth-degree larceny. Christopher Ray, 52, of East Haven, disorderly conduct. Matthew Henry Kilbride, 33, of Branford, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court. Michael A. Parlato, of East Haven, 76, second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order. May 12Giovanni Abner Vazquez, of East Haven, 34, use of drug paraphernalia. May 13 Melia Analyz Hine, 23, of New Haven, risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. Keithon Davis, 28, of New Haven, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance (first offense) and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest. May 14 Nelson Burgos, 24, of East Haven, first-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order. Anthony R. Belstridge, 36, of East Haven, disorderly conduct. May 15 Shaniya Ellis, 18, of Manhatten, N.Y., second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace. May 16 Anthony J. Purificato, 30, of East Haven, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, speeding, reckless driving, operation of motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, passing in a no-passing zone, improper seating of passenger on a motorcycle, operating a motorcycle without insurance, operating a motorcycle without endorsement and second-degree assault with a motor vehicle.
