Matthew Henry Kilbride, 33, of Branford, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court. Michael A. Parlato, of East Haven, 76, second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order. May 12Giovanni Abner Vazquez, of East Haven, 34, use of drug paraphernalia. May 13 Melia Analyz Hine, 23, of New Haven, risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.
