Porter / Jr. Maintenance / Groundskeeper needed to join our team at a Beautiful Apartment Community in Phoenix, AZ IMMEDIATELY! Position Summary: The Porter position plays an important role in maintaining a safe environment, as well as taking great care of our property for our residents. This is accomplished by: • Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, and work areas throughout the day • Complete opening and closing duties, including property walks and landscaping assessments • BBQ Grill, pool maintenance, touch up painting of exterior amenities, pressure washing breezeways. • Clean and organize pool area furniture, and check for repairs. Clean, dust and wipe down all surface areas. Clean and maintain pool/ramada area concrete surfaces and pool deck including rinsing/scrubbing with water to remove surface debris. • Empty trash containers, replace liners. • Report and take pictures of lights out, water leaks, broken items, graffiti, and discarded large bulk items in or around dumpster. • Ensuring the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean • Assisting with apartment make-readies and trashing out units • Porter/Groundskeepers MUST be comfortable working outdoors • Lifting objects up to 50 pounds • Light painting • Checking and replacing exterior lighting • Helping with any other tasks assigned by management • Demonstrating customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect Compensation - In addition to an extremely competitive, above-average salary, we'll provide you with a selection of outstanding benefits, including medical, dental and vision plans, short and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, generous holiday and PTO package.
