Rehoming with small adoption fee

Looking to rehome our gentle giant. We rescued this pup 8 months ago with the intention of being his forever home. However, due to some life set backs, our hopes of moving to a home with a yard has been put on the back burner and we just are not able to provide the environment he needs. Theo is 10.5 months old. He is a heeler Shepard mix Extremely intelligent, energetic but cuddly, loving and protective of his family. He does need some work on a leash- he socializes extremely well at the dog park but his bark on the leash can be a bit intimidating. Though he seems to be a little defensive we have never witnessed physical aggression from him. We have two other dogs and an 11 month old baby, all of which he does very well with. We would prefer to meet you in neutral territory as he can be a bit wary at home but we are confident he will be someone’s best friend the same way he has grown into our family. We are devastated to be rehoming him but he is very quickly outgrowing our home and space and just isn’t getting the exercise he truly needs and deserves :( Small rehoming fee applies.
