Help organize + assemble Junior Achievement financial literacy kits for students in lower income schools.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Kid Volunteers will work together to organize + assemble Financial Literacy classroom kits. These kits help K-12 students, primarily from lower income schools, gain financial literacy skills, including the importance of money management, work readiness + entrepreneurial thinking.
WHY IS THIS WORK IMPORTANT:
This hands-on volunteer work will benefit Junior Achievement of Arizona.
Junior Achievement believes that it is all of our responsibility to empower kids to learn the skills + have the knowledge to be able to pursue their dreams. Through volunteer mentors, they teach students about the importance of managing money, workforce readiness + entrepreneurship. By providing students with financial literacy, we can provide greater financial stability, less debt, a better-trained workforce + healthier families in the future.

About Junior Achievement's Classroom Programs
KIND NOTES:
Our volunteer work will take place in the library's meeting room.
A snack will be provided for the Kid Volunteers at the completion of the project.
