Maintenance team looking for a reliable new hire looking to start immediately! Full Time & Part Time position needed for building upkeep, painting, general cleaning, help with apartment turnovers and maintenance. Need a responsive reliable worker. We are a growing company that is only getting bigger with room for growth. Must have valid driver’s license. May need to travel to different buildings throughout the day. We have apartment buildings located in around Philadelphia. Hours available will be 7am - 4pm and 3pm - 7pm. Please reply to this posting with experience if interested in position!
