Principle micro-grant applications are open! Come learn about the grants available to Michigan community leaders and creatives.
Join us on Tuesday, June 14th in Battle Creek at the Leila Arboretum Kaleidoscope Garden for a micro-grant workshop and screening of the short film, Somewhere Higher.
Following the film screening, attendees will have time to ask questions about grant applications and network among Michigan innovators, creatives, and organizers.
Common Citizen's Community Re-Investment Program, Principle, provides micro-grants to support arts and culture initiatives, early-stage businesses, and nonprofit organizations across Michigan. This event offers the chance to meet with other changemakers and workshop your application for the Principle grant. Read more about the program HERE.
Leila Arboretum is a lovely partner for this event. If you'd like to arrive early to enjoy their lush green space, peace labyrinth, and public art installations, please feel free.
Guests can also enjoy some goodies from a local food truck and complimentary Common Citizen swag.
