Prerequisites: - Applicant MUST have a valid driver's license. Applicants without a valid license will not be considered. - Work with a positive, upbeat attitude and be open to improvement and learning new things. Duties: -The primary roles will include landscape install and cleanups, material delivery, grading and excavation services. Mowing and lawn care including weed whacking, edging and blowing. - In addition to regular landscaping roles, employees will have the opportunity to learn about the most cutting-edge technology in the landscaping industry and be able to work with robotic lawn mowers. - We will train you to Install and maintain robotic lawn mowers -Reports to office manager and estimator. -To work together with Grassi staff and team members to build and grow the company… more importantly, to care for and support each other – in and out of the workplace. We are a TEAM! - Person will be responsible for driving a truck and maintaining a set route. Compensation: - Starting Wage of $20 Per Hour. Annual raises included. Pay will be automatically deposited into NAME’s account the business day after the 1st and 15th of each month. Schedule: - During the busy season of March – November, team member can expect to work at least 40 hours per week. During the off season of December-February, hours (although not guaranteed) will vary from 15-30 hours/week. A salary position is possible for team members with great initiative.
