Networking on Purpose is uniquely designed for progressive & emerging professionals to enhance their network, on purpose but for a purpose! EVENT GOALS: 1. To provide professionals an opportunity to be intentional with building new and authentic relationships with others and feel safe in expressing their concerns and perspectives. (BE YOU) 2. To spotlight and support a non-profit whose objective is to enrich the community and culture. (BE KIND) 3. To provoke thought through deep thinking dialogue with attendees and panelists that will enlighten and shift perspectives on a given topic. (SHINE) Starting in April 2022, Networking Purpose will be IN PERSON on the third (3rd) Thursday of each month from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST and will be moderated by Erika Monaé, Founder and CEO of The Erika Monaé Group (EMG). The event will take place at WeWork located on 6001 Cass Ave Detroit, MI 48202 and will be recorded live on EMG's Facebook page (@erikamonaegroup) * LOCATION CHANGE FOR THE MONTH OF MAY - Collider Detroit: 1500 Woodward Ave - Floor 4 Detroit, MI 48226* This year, there will be a mix of sessions that feature special guests or panels that will share their insight around a given topic. Each month EMG will honor a non-profit organization and donate proceeds to the honored non-profit organization.
