90-minute alignment yoga class covering foundational yoga poses Regular attendance is meant to equip you with all the tools necessary to begin exploring your own yoga practice at home. Located at the Center for Iyengar Yoga at 1204 E Eleven Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48067. Please use the entrance that faces east (towards the parking lot), and not the door facing 11 Mile Rd. There is no set cost to attend. You may register for free and if it feels good you may also choose to make a contribution to the instructor to cover the cost of renting the studio via cash, venmo, PayPal, or cashapp (@LukeSasek; $LMSasek).
