Jackpot is a mock gaming entertainment business that supplies card tables and dealers for special events. (Corporate Events, Birthdays, Fundraisers and more). Our tables are rented by the hour and no real money is exchanged at the tables. This provides a relaxed and fun atmosphere for everyone. You get paid to play games! How fun is that? We are looking to hire and train 10-12 new dealers. Available tables to deal: (We train you) Blackjack Texas Hold'em Three Card Ultimate Roulette Craps DJ/Karaoke “Side Work” type of job: Please note that this is a "gig" type of job. Meaning that we do not have a set schedule and we only have work when clients hire us. Our season fluctuates throughout the year and some months you'll have more events than others. This is a job for people wanting some extra money here and there. Most of our dealers use this job for extra play money, help pay off bills, holiday money and a fun way to network/meet new people. During our holiday season you will have events every weekend. Flexible Work: This is a part-time job that allows you to work the gigs that you want to work on the nights you want to work. (when gigs are available) 90% of our events are on Friday and Saturday evenings. When gigs are available you will be offered a gig and you can choose to take it or pass the opportunity to someone else. Weekend Work!: Most of our events are on Fridays and Saturday evenings. You must be available at these times to be considered for this job. We do have events on weekdays, but they are more rare. Pay: We pay $60 per three hour gig, $80 per 4 hour gigs plus any tips you receive. Our events are normally 3-4 hours on Fridays and Saturdays. (either 6:30pm-9:30pm, 7pm-10pm, 8pm-11pm). Each gig's hours are different depending on when our clients want us to deal. Tips: Many of our clients tip. This is a great bonus. If you have an outgoing personality, then you will do well in this category. Dealers keep their own tips when tipped individually. If the client tips the dealers as a whole, then it is split equally. Don’t know how to deal? No Problem! You will be trained by one of our professional trainers in a group session. The first training is 2.5-3 hours, the follow up session is one hour.
