Description
I have 2 degus - they're South American rodents - for free to a good home. They were born in early December 2021. You can read about degus online; suffice it to say that they are new to the "pocket pet" world and are considered exotic animals. They can be as friendly as rats, but degus are more skittish and you need patience to get them to like you. But they live much longer than rats.
The 'goos will come with a lot of pellet food and whatever is left of their hay. You can also have the rest of their dust for dust baths. They have been handled and socialized. The white one is especially curious & friendly.
For a price - $100? - I'll give you the 2-level Prevue Hendryx cage, glass water bottle, wheel, dust bath vessel, and hammocks. It's probably best they keep their old surroundings as much as possible, but it's up to you.
I am rehoming the critters because I am moving to another state.
