Need help finding places that offer low cost spaying for stray poodle

Decided to keep the poodle I found & will be getting her fixed & keeping her food far away from my other dogs. Cut off as much matted fur as I could, but she keeps moving when I try to cut off fur from lower parts of her body & face. I’m hoping that someone can let me know somewhere that does low cost spaying so they can maybe shave off what I couldn’t while she’s under anesthesia. I’d really appreciate the help! Thank you. Ps. My chihuahuas are neutered.
