You AT LEAST need a pickup truck, and preferrably a trailer to make it faster.
To be removed from property:
2 large piles of weathered cardboard to go to the recycler in Lake Isabella or the dump in Kernville.
2 piles of basic household/yard trash - old wheelbarrow, tv, clothes dryer, misc trash... approx one truck and trailer load - again goes to kernville dump.
Length of time this takes will depend on how big your truck/trailer combo are... bigger = fewer trips. Could possibly get everything above in one load with a good sized enclosed trailer... in that case roughly 3 hours work on-site here for two healthy guys - otherwise definitely multiple trips
Lastly, re-locate some tree cuttings / brush on property (maybe 30 minutes work for 2 guys)
