Sazama Real Estate is looking for a self-motivated “Events Coordinator” to work community events and agency sponsorship tables/booths.
Events Coordinator Details:
• Weekend and evening hours
• Varied schedule
• 5 – 30 hours per month
• Must have reliable transportation
• Travel between Jamaica Plain/Rosindale/Newton/Cambridge, etc.
• Light to Medium lifting required
• $35.00/hour
Events Coordinator Responsibilities:
• access storage unit to obtain and transport supplies for event set up
• set up tables, tents, promotional material and merchandise in a neat and appealing fashion
• be present physically and mentally to greet and interact with event participants
• create a positive atmosphere while engaging with event participants
• take down tables, tents, event equipment and merchandise
• transport supplies and unload back to storage unit
Event Coordinator Qualifications:
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Committed to delivering consistently high level of customer service
• Team player who aligns with company goals and embraces experiences with the public
