Apartment owners need a part-time handy man to assist in the management. Occasional painting of units, changing locks, locking doors, maintaining general areas or units. Co-ordinating electricians, plumbers for problems. Nothing particularly demanding. Some weeks it could be very busy and others there may be no work. We can pay on an hourly basis for $20 per hour.
