Here are the top three stories today in Atlanta: The Drug Enforcement Administration is concerned about the increase in Mexican drug cartel activity in Atlanta. According to the federal drug enforcement department, two drug cartels have been dismantled in metro Atlanta. The department is using wiretaps to disrupt the communication between Atlanta and Mexico. (WSB Atlanta)MTV has announced that its newest show will be focusing on Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood. The show will be the latest installment of the music channel's "Shore" series. The show will reportedly center around a group of friends trying to make a name for themselves in the "Beverly Hills of the South". (11Alive.com WXIA)Atlanta is very close to experiencing a drought. The city has not had a measurable rainfall in 10 days. According to the United States Drought Monitor, 73 percent of Georgia is experiencing abnormally dry weather conditions.
