On Saturday, May 21, For the twelfth year in a row, Sawyer Hill EcoVillage in Berlin will be celebrating the environmental holiday Give Your Stuff Away Day by, well, giving away stuff -- toys, clothes, books/media, housewares, furniture -- basically anything you might find at a multifamily yard sale, but all totally free! We'll lay out our free items at designated giveaway areas outdoors. If weather becomes a problem, we'll consolidate items under canopies or a porch roof, again outdoors. Note that with COVID rates high in our area, we'll continue with pandemic rules to keep both visitors and residents safe. (Basically, wear a face mask -- yes, it's outdoors, but some spots can get crowded -- and maintain distancing from people not in your group. See for details.) As always, service animals are welcome, but pets must be left at home.
