Looking to start a rock/alternative band. Needing a lead guitarist, bassist, drummer, and vocalist. Need a place to practice as well. I'm a rhythm guitarist, vocalist, and lyricist with a couple of mics. Also accepting SOME cover songs and acoustic songs as well. Inspirations: Green Day Breaking Benjamin Fall Out Boy Red All Time Low Sum 41 A Day to Remember Three Days Grace New Found Glory etc in those categories I've noticed a lot of people trying to start metal bands up here, but I'm attacking at a different approach. Not everyone in Alaska wants metal, but I do want to rock with something that sounds heavy. Not bashing on the metal heads, cause I'm very much one of them. I'm trying to be realistic to the general public and would prefer to have better opportunities to get gigs or on stage.
