Direct Support Professional $14 - $16.50 per hour ($15-$16 per hour on Weekends) **$1,500 sign on bonus ($500 at 180 days and $1,000 at 365 days) Come work with Maxcare and make a difference!, no experience is needed! We are seeking to hire dependable and enthusiastic Direct Support Professionals to assist Adults with Developmental Disabilities. Assist with all aspects of daily living skills, safety, housekeeping, meal preparation, community activities, shopping, and errands. Valid Driver's License (with no DWI/DUI in last 5 years) COVID Vaccination (required due to our industry's regulations) Pass State and Federal Background Check. Must maintain personal vehicle insurance during employment. Able to lift 50 lbs and support 70-100 lbs occasionally. Shifts: Overnight Shift: 9:00 pm to 9:00 am (3-4nights per week) *only 1 opening Day Shift: 7:00am- 3:00 pm Monday-Friday. *only 1 opening left Weekend + Evening Shift: Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 AM-9:00 PM (at $15.00 per hour) AND 2 evening shifts during the workweek from 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Part Time Weekend Shift ($15 Per Hour) - Sat/Sun from 9AM-9PM. **$1500 Bonus Disclaimer- $500 paid at 180 days employment and $1000 paid at 365 days employment.
