Fast growing company looking for someone to lead a team that wants to learn and grow together Team leader requirements - Experience Grading with a skid steer - Experience installing irrigation and laying out - Experience managing a team of 3-5 crew members - detailed experience of plant material and reading plans a plus - able to time manage and organize projects as they go on - High level of communication - Willing to work 40+ hours - Drivers License What we offer - Weekly Pay - Holiday Pay - Vacation Pay after 90 days - Healthcare after 90 days - Performance Bonuses Please email resume if interested
