Looking to socialize my dog

I have an older large dog who was a stray until late last year. He definitely has some dog-related trauma but the animal shelter had no information on him. They told me he was dog friendly but all he does is get mad at other dogs. I am looking for someone with a dog that would be willing to meet me and my dog so that my dog can learn to be more chill around other dogs. Obviously, this would happen with a fence between them just in case. Willing to pay.
