Dog cage / enclosed fencing

Not sure if this is allowed but don't know what to do but does anyone have a dog cage or fence, we took in two dogs and recently got injured at work can't afford to buy much for our dogs and would like to see if anyone want to give away any Dog care things, toys, a couple leashes maybe a bag of food.
