Hi I’m looking for a licensed electrician to pull permit for changing out the eletrical panel. My contractor subbed out the work, but the electrician failed to pull permit, now no one can get in touch with him. I do not expect anyone too put their name and license on the line without viewing the new panel, so I invite whomever to come check it out before applying for the permit. I spoke with the village the actual permit costs 150 to pull, I’m willing to pay someone 200 on top of that just to pull permit. I am a house flipper, and real estate agent, this gig is not the make you rich gig but as you can see I am missing an electrician on my team if someone is willing to make this connection, I’ll 100% use them every job going forward. If you’re willing please just shoot me an email letting me know day and time you can come back to see new panel, if ok we can go to village together less then 5 min from property. *will not send money before hand.
