Responsibilities •Clean, sanitize, and tidy up assigned areas to meet cleanliness standards. •To perform janitorial duties on an assigned basis in accordance with the established procedures for each account in order to keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. •The Janitor will perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and janitorial items like vacuums, mops, brooms, etc •Follow procedures for disposal of trash or other waste. •Perform routine maintenance, report maintenance concerns to appropriate staff or supervisor. Weekend is a must.
