Bassist wanted for professional cover band

We are looking for a professional bassist to complete our successful cover band. We play a wide variety of music and are composed of veteran musicians who are knowledgeable on their instruments and professional in conduct. We currently have two to three monthly shows booked throughout the summer but we have yet to find the bass player that is either a solid player, reliable, or committed. We are trying to find the right balance between playing with musicians we enjoy, playing music that will help us develop a following, and making money. We are seeking someone who is wanting to play as we have run across musicians who say they want to play, but then cancel or back out of gigs. We also need someone who knows their theory, as the rest of us do. If we say blues in A and you aren't familiar with what to play, it might not be the right gig.
