Apologies to the utility van driver

I was jogging on the north branch trail at about 9:30am, and crossed the Howard street crosswalk as you were approaching. You honked, and we argued. Only later did I realize that pedestrians have a stop sign there. I was in error, and I apologize. There’s a minuscule chance that you see this, but I hope you do.
